Product Description

Equipped with automatic pan detection, the Equipex GL2-6000F countertop induction cooktop begins cooking as soon as the user is ready to start working. When the pan is empty, the power shuts off to protect the cooking elements from overheating. To further reduce this risk, the integral cooling fan provides airflow throughout the day to keep the unit operating for hours at a time.

The Equipex GL2-6000F countertop commercial induction cooktop has two back-to-back burners operating with 3,000 watts each and 20 power levels, designed to make a versatile range of food. These settings, along with a built-in timer, can be adjusted using the touchscreen control panel. Because the controls and the vitroceramic glass surface are both smooth, they can be wiped clean after use.
