The Equipex BRIC 3600 commercial induction cooktop has a durable, heat-resistant surface made of glass ceramic. When a pan is placed on the top, it is automatically detected and heat is transferred to it. Accommodating large stockpots and cookware, the coil is 11 inches, and the unit operates between 86 and 284 degrees Fahrenheit.
