The Equipex GL1800 PBS Adventys countertop induction cooktop is designed for countertop installation. Its casing is made of durable stainless steel, and its cooking surface is made of vitroceramic glass. This unit comes with a single burner, so it can heat one pan at a time and has capacitive touch controls that are easy to clean. The controls include an on/off button, 20 power levels, 27 temperature levels, and a built-in timer. A removable grease filter ensures the air intake remains clean.

To prevent overheating, the Equipex GL1800 PBS single-burner induction cooktop has automatic pan detection and empty pan security. Users can stir fry and sauté with the high-temperature feature and cook chocolate and sauces with the precision low-temperature controls.
