Designed for light-duty applications, the Amana RCS10DSE commercial microwave provides a 1,000-watt output perfect for concession stands, coffee shops, and dessert stations. It can hold a 14-inch platter and has four power levels to increase cooking flexibility. Its dial timer tracks the cook cycle and automatically resets to zero if the door is opened. At the end of a cook cycle, a signal automatically notifies nearby staff members. The cavity is illuminated by an interior light, ensuring users can see the product without opening the door and interrupting the cook cycle.
